December 5 - St. Arnold's Brewery

The Buffalo Bayou Chapter held its annual meeting at St. Arnold's Brewery where 37 members and their guests enjoyed a relaxing evening playing trivia and guessing who would win the "most festive hat" award.  Thanks go out to everyone who put their time and efforts into making this a successful meeting and a successful year for the Chapter.  In particular, we would like to thank Richard McCormack for donating gift cards for the contests.  The Chapter requested that a new, unwrapped toy be brought in lieu of Chapter dues for this meeting and 20 toys ranging from footballs to Barbie dolls to art sets were donated and will make the holiday season brighter for some children less fortunate than our own.

The Buffalo Bayou Chapter teamed up with the Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter to host an ACHMM booth at the TCEQ Trade Fair & Conference.  This was an excellent opportunity to promote the CHMM credential to both the public and private sector.  Thanks to all who volunteered their time at the booth.    Read the article about this partnership here.
